Why are some bars/products more expensive than others of similar type?
Each bar/product is created differently. Although we might use a similar base recipe in most of them, the final recipe is always different. Every bar has different additives, fragrances, essential oils, embeds, colors. Also, some designs are far more time intensive than others, or may have ingredients that are far pricier to source. We try to keep things as reasonably and competitively priced as possible. Some soaps are less expensive than others purely due to these reasons, not de to it being lesser in quality or function.
Will my soap look exactly like the soap in the photo?
We do our best to accurately photograph every soap so that colors and design details are informative. Due to the nature of artisan products, please expect slight variations, small bubbles and tiny imperfections. These are merely aesthetic and do not affect the function of the soap whatsoever. This is what hand crafted is all about. Each product is unique!
Sometimes, yes! As babes with full time jobs, we would love to do all the soap orders all the time, but sadly that can't always be the case. We can on a limited basis depending on type/size of order and time of year. Please do reach out to us and we will do our best to help out if possible!
Is the price I see under each picture for one bar of soap, or for the amount in the picture?
The price listed under each variety is per bar/item. We try and show multiple bars in each photo so that we can demonstrated variations in our handcrafted design and different angles of the product!
I would like to request which soaps I receive in my sample pack. How do I do that?
These are pre-determined bundles from our current stock so you don't get to choose exactly which soaps are in your sample, but if you have any issues with scent, allergies, etc. please let us know by leaving a note in your order or contacting us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to accommodate. Otherwise, we hope you will enjoy the selection that we have chosen with love. <3
Why did my items not arrive within 2 days if I have "2 day" shipping?
Dang, we totally understand that this can be frustrating. We typically process your order within 1-3 days and after that we ship off to USPS. It may take longer to get to you depending on location in the U.S. or time of year (the holidays are no joke!). Once the package leaves our care, it is no longer under our control unfortunately. We only have as much information as you do with your tracking number. If you believe your package is 'lost' you will have to contact USPS for help.
